2001 Kadena TriathalonDate Posted: 2001-10-08 Awards will be given to winners of both individual and team categories. The registration fee for this race is $25 and includes a free T-shirt, other complimentary items and great prizes! This event is open to everyone on island and will finish at the Kadena High School swimming pool. To assist you with your fitness goals, the Risner Fitness Center offers several MicroFit fitness assessments for body fat, flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance, as well as instructional training on Cybex and cardiovascular equipment. Appointments are not required for these assessments and training services, however these services are offered on a first come first served basis. The MicroFit fitness assessments are held on Mondays and Thursdays, body fat measurements take place Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and equipment training is offered on Tuesdays and Fridays, all from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., but if these times are inconvenient, appointments can be scheduled in advance.
